How it works:

The Code Breaker team building game is a logical problem solving exercise that requires effective communication, clarity of execution and whole-team involvement.  Why? Because the team is tasked with finding out the symbol that you have chosen, but must do this with a specific and limited amount of questioning. The team don’t know who you are going to pick to carry out the questioning, without any support. Therefore, task success is totally dependent on all team members being aligned and every team member having a clear understanding of both the task and the process; an essential element to team and organisation success.

Time needed:

30 minutes excluding review/debrief
